Thanksgiving Day is just around the corner

Why do we have a Thanksgiving Holiday? What is Thanksgiving to the people of the United States? For my family we come together when we can to share a meal and be with family. We catch up on how everyone is doing. We remember the ones we have lost.

A lot of people enjoy  the time off work and the football games on the TV. Also some people can’t take the time off. They have to work because they have no choice. For a lot of stores its become the busiest time of the year.

Whatever your situation this year take a moment and let the people close to you know what they mean to you. Give thanks that you have made it another year and you can work on another.

Veterans Day

I can only speak for myself and family. For all those serving now and who have served Thank you.

For all those who gave their lives to serve, defend and protect our country. God bless and may you find peace in His loving embrace.

Slowly their lies and twisted false accusations about collusion are coming out and no one is even going after the party that was trying to influence the election.

Results from a 2009-2010 survey of more than 38,000 children indicate that 5.9 million children, or 8 percent, have food allergies. That’s 1 in 13 children, or roughly two in every classroom.

Voted Today

Went to vote today and saw the line. As I was at lunch I decided to wait until i got off work.

Well the line didn’t get any shorter as the day progressed. The man I was standing and waiting with said it was like this yesterday when he came and he decided to come back today.

I have been early voting for many election cycles and this is the longest lines I have ever seen.
