Our Families Thoughts on Everything
Been waiting for this for over a year. I hope it lives up to the hype! I would also like for George R.R. Martin to get off his ass and finish the book.
Well the update is not that good. I did not like the ending. The last six episodes were good but not what the hype was led us to believe. Oh well I guess I can always hope George will live long enough to finish the books.
The year is starting out like any other, people are going about their day, some good some not so good. Its the way of life and how you choose to look at it will determine what it will be like.
A lot of people around the world will not have a choice about the direction of their lives. We still live in a world that has a lot of evil in it. In evil I mean that a lot of countries are ruled by men that don’t respect a persons right to freedom and choice. They want to control what men do so that they can make themselves more richer and powerful.
I live in a country that for the time respects freedom. Its one of our founding principles. But the government in its lack of wisdom is slowly striping those freedoms away in the guise of security, or for the betterment of the people it is suppose to serve.
But for now I am able to provide for my family and enjoy my life. I will try to do what I can to help others as the year unfolds. I will do my best to treat others as I would like to be treated. I wish everyone a happy new year and hope that its a prosperous one. Show kindness to others when you can. Have courage to change the things you can ,
serenity to accept the things you cannot change and may you have the wisdom to know the difference.

As I head into the Holidays I am reminded that not everyone celebrates Christmas, I am wondering what people do that don’t celebrate the birth of Christ. I am guilty of not always thinking of Christmas as celebrating the birth of Christ growing up, and even into my adulthood. But I guess many or most people find Christ in their own way.
For everyone out there that will be alone this Christmas please understand, your not alone, you never have been. Look around, there are many places and people that will share their time and talk to you. There are places to go and just be near others, talk or not, and Christ is always there whether you want to talk or not, your choice. Find peace within yourself and look for the good in others. You’ll find it in most people, and those that you can’t, walk on by them and leave them to their own life.
As for next year, work on things that will improve your life. Reducing the things that bring stress into your life. Weeding out the drama that others bring into your life. Also look to your own way of doing things and interacting with others. No one is perfect and don’t expect them to be this includes yourself. A bit of rambling from me but what I am trying to say is find peace with yourself, your family and friends. Don’t let others problems become yours if you can. Let the stress wash off of you and enjoy the day and give thanks.

This article describes what is wrong with our government. At it’s core our government is giving its power up to the President, judges, special interest groups and government agencies so they don’t have to make the choices needed to keep our country running. The President shouldn’t have to use Excitative Orders to get things done unless its an extreme emergency. Judges should not have the option of interpreting the law, but ruling based on what the law says as written. Government agencies should write up drafts for the houses to pass into law.

It seems like no one can do anything without someone thinking they have to let the whole world know that they are offended about it. The White House from what I can see of it looks just fine and I as an American am proud of the way the First Lady has done her job. Just as I am proud of the the last First Lady and the one before her. I wish people would quit getting offended at the drop of the hat and grow up.

Why do we have a Thanksgiving Holiday? What is Thanksgiving to the people of the United States? For my family we come together when we can to share a meal and be with family. We catch up on how everyone is doing. We remember the ones we have lost.
A lot of people enjoy the time off work and the football games on the TV. Also some people can’t take the time off. They have to work because they have no choice. For a lot of stores its become the busiest time of the year.
Whatever your situation this year take a moment and let the people close to you know what they mean to you. Give thanks that you have made it another year and you can work on another.
For all those who gave their lives to serve, defend and protect our country. God bless and may you find peace in His loving embrace.
Today we vote in the Mid-terms but the candidates have already begun to campaign for the next election.
It was a bit windy but I had a good day. This is how it ended. A little patience, sometimes has great outcomes. Looking forward to tomorrow see you then.
The socialists that have infiltrated our politics and schools in the last forty or fifty years. Saw an opportunity to take a giant leap forward when Barack Obama was elected. They did push through a lot of their agenda for the first two years. But when Donald Trump won out of no where in 2016 they were beside themselves with total shock. They instantly rallied and from that time till now have done nothing but try to get the president out of office. To discredit him any way possible. Slowly their lies and twisted false accusations about collusion are coming out and no one is even going after the party that was trying to influence the election.
